At Abby Young Styling, our New Client Collection service combines expert styling and meticulous organization to transform your closet and style, saving you hours on hours to do more of what you love. Read on as we take you along the curated process.

- Phone Consultation: During your complimentary phone call, CEO and Lead Stylist Abby Young will discuss your personal needs, goals, and lifestyle to curate a custom style plan that best supports you & your style goals.

2. Silhouette & Color Analysis: In this stage, we take your measurements in order to successfully style and shop for you based on your silhouette. Color analysis is the final foundational piece to the styling process.

3. Closet Edit: Our stylists examine your closet to determine what stays, what is altered or dry-cleaned, and what will be donated, consigned, or discarded. You and your closet will feel completely refreshed after it’s done.


4. Personal Shopping: We choose the best options from a combination of online and brick & mortar stores. Our stylists shop to fill in the missing gaps in your wardrobe and to choose items that flatter your silhouette, colors, and support your lifestyle.

5. Order Placing: From there, our Admin Specialist Marie will manage placing and tracking orders that the stylists have selected online from various brands. This ensures on-time deliveries before your fitting.
6. Order Logging: Next, our Admin Assistant Savannah logs all of the orders so we can total them for you in real timeduring your fitting. This process requires repeated triple-checking and an attention-to-detail.


7. Prepping items: The items have arrived! Our Stylist Assistant prepares your items by ensuring all deliveries were made, unboxing packages, checking in, organizing, and categorizing all products. Finally, she packs them so they are ready to go to your home.
8. Fitting: It’s time for the fun part: You get to try on all the clothes, jewelry, accessories, & shoes that we’ve purchased for you in the comfort of your own home. Our stylists will handle all returns and exchanges for you, in addition to any necessary tailoring and cobbling.


9. Returns Processing: Then, our Admin team processes all online returns, requesting shipping labels and processing any exchanges.
10. Returns Processing (In-Real-Life): Our lovely Stylist Assistant runs around to various drop-off stations including mail centers & the mall to physically make the clothing returns.


11. Personal Shopping Summary & Wishlist: Finally, our Admin Assistant, Jess, sends you the finalized clothing invoice, Personal Shopping Summary (a view of all the stores/sizes purchased), & Wishlist (saved items for the future)—so you can take home your new pieces and step confidently into your refreshed life.
